Yes you can otherwise it would be discrimination. Even if your employer laid you off because you were pregnant it is discrimination as well Apparently you can, especially if you did not lose your job because you QUIT due to the pregnancy. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
