I wouldnt think so..my mum fractured hers and she couldnt walk ...she was in hospital for 8 weeks,however she was 87 so maybe age may have a contributory factor in IF it is noticable or not,but given the position of the pelvis I would doubt it very much if a fracture could be unnoticable.
If you point at pelvic bone fracture owing to the accident only scans can fix. Normally obesity as it creates many problems particularly with pelvic set up , minor fractures are mistaken for muscular or nervous strains leading to complications.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
