You can freeze just about anything, really. The whipped cream will be fine once it's thawed out. It will be better than rancid whipped cream.

Yep. Most things can be freezed and the cream should be just fine assuming you leave it to thaw out of its own accord and don't stick it in the microwave like some people do.
