Can you get fish tropical fish that clean the tank?

There are many species of plecos. There's also algae eaters but they can be pains when they get older. Otos mainly clean your plants but they may help with the walls a bit.

Corys and loaches pretty much just clean the bottom. There's also snails but I highly suggest staying away from them because they will take over the tank very quickly.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
