Can you help me in a situation with my 2 minor not to be in contact with a known convicted sex offender?

The best thing to do in a situation like this is to get some legal advice from somebody. If finances are a problem, check out legal aide agencies in your area, and also check out children's advocacy agencies in the area. There are free counseling centers or pay to income sliding scale fee-ed counseling centers in most major cities, and your local Department of Human Services can help find a place.

Take the children to a counselor, so they can talk to a trained professional who can help them cope with the confusion about the entire situation. If the sex offender is a convicted sex offender, he will have to register with the state and/or county in which he resides, and if he's caught in the presence of children, he can be in violation of his release/offender status, and can actually go to jail for it. If you know he is in the presence of the children, law enforcement should be contacted immediately, and the welfare of the children should be determined.

Law enforcement can make the decision to arrest a conviction sex offender if he is in the same house with children in violation of his offender status. A lawyer is really the best one to answer questions like this, or you can talk to the local law enforcement agency and ask for their help or assistance in finding an agency to help with the children and with the situation.

The solution to this problem is to GET THE WORD OUT! WHAT kind of sex offender is he? If she is married to a convicted sex offender MAKE SURE HE IS REGISTERED!

And then, contact the local police / Sheriff's and the local court and tell them what you told us. Arrangements can, and should, be made for the children to see their mother MINUS THE SEX OFFENDER HUSBAND! It should be explained frankly and honestly why they are not allowed to live with their mother because of WHAT she is married to.Do your best to keep the family together and to keep the predator away from the kids...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
