We Always just continued life as usual while baby napped. Do you like to have the radio on? Don't turn it down.
Do you need to run the washer, dryer or dishwasher? Don't wait until baby is up again to turn them on. Going to vacuum?
Don't skip the area around the room where baby is sleeping. I even vacuumed UNDER baby's bassinet a few times, newborns tend to be very fast sleepers. So you don't need to make extra noise, just let baby get used to normal household sounds.
Footsteps on the stairs, voices talking instead of whispering, the TV at normal volume, things like that.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
