10 is slightly better than 8. X Both are a serious step backwards from Windows 7. You can still get 7, there is absolutely no good reason to use a later version - the "advantages" with Win 10 are on Microsoft's side, not the computer users.

They are the same core system & use the same device drivers etc., most of the differences are in the user interface and allowing MS to control and monitor things.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
