Can you please help with my Grandson's Science Fair Project? What is the Height of your 8yr old?

My Grandson is in the 3rd grade. This is his first year for the Science Fair. His project/question is:What is the Average Height of a child my age?

(He is 8 so children must be 8 years old that you measure. ) What he needs for this project is: 1 Male or Female, 2. Age3.

Height 4. Month and year born (not day) He needs as many as he can get as soon as he can get them. Goal is 100 all together from everywhere.

I don't have a measurements but I do have... I have a chart you can go by that could be usefull for the project cdc.gov/nchs/data/nhanes/growthcharts/se... you will need adobt abrocrat to open it if you don't have it the chart says the avg height should be 54-55 inches for the avg 8 year old. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
