Dell and HP do not manufacture Video cards, they simple use cards made by other companies. IF you mean put a video card from an HP computer into a dell one, then yes, you may be able to. Both the card from the HP and the motherboard from the Dell need to use the same slot (PCI, PCI-E, AGP,) and also the motherboard slot should ideally have the same speed as the card (1x, 8x,16x) or be greater.
Most newer video cards also require supplimental power so the approptiate power connector needs to be available (most likely 6pin, dual 6pin, or 6pin and 8pin) It is best to bring the card and computer to a store so that they can look at the specifications to tell you if they will work together.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
