Can you upgrade from Windows 7 Ultimate to Home Premium Windows 7 without losing info?

No you won't but its always a good habbit to create the backup of c:\downloads c:\documents and any important files and stuff on desktop as they belong to c:\ (root) as far as I know repairing . Upgrading won't lose anything , but again bro back it up.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
