By finally allowing yourself to satisfy your cravings without sabotaging your diet, you can keep the weight you lose off for good, saving yourself hundreds and even thousands of dollars in the process Get it now!
I used to always feel bad about my body. I always thought, "gosh, look at that potato looking back at me from the mirror, gross." But I soon learned that media body images are all bogus models who may as well have anorexia for all they weigh.
I just had to believe I was pretty, so now I only think about potatoes on my bad days. :) As for losing weight, a good diet can work wonders. Carbohydrates (sugars and starches) are unacceptable.
Refined carbs are not good for your body. Exercise is key, but you have that covered with a gym membership. If you have a dog, take it for a run every day.
Leg lifts work great. Crunches are good. Stressing releases a hormone that causes you to gain weight, so RELAX.
Wear that rockin' dress to school, gurl! Don't let your mom get you down. Talking to a school counselor can work wonders.
You may not want to, but visit their office; getting a load off will reduce stress, helping to lose weight. Just tell your mom that you don't want to listen to her talk to you like that, and keep a positive out look. I found a GREAT link the other day on wikihow; they have a lot of good exercise/diet articles.
I thought this one really helped me: http://www.wikihow.com/Get-a-Flat-Stomac...
You don't sound over weight or fat to me. I think unfortunately that's how you see yourself because of the way your own mum says those things about you. You said nobody else says it but her, easier said than done but if she is the only one who says it, why do you even believe it?
Never believe anything negative somebody tells you. But do believe positive things people tell you. Anyway eating meals in small portions through out the day can help with weight loss.
Also only eat when you FEEL hungry, not just for the sake of it as this can add to weight gain... Drinking water helps too. If you have any bad food habits then focus on getting rid of them because that'll speed up the weight loss process. Keep ya head up and think positive about yourself.
Don't let others discourage you, good luck.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
