You're going to have to be more specific than that. There are a number of reasons a car will do that, including the fact that you are going to fast and banging things around. Something could have been knocked loose or something is loose or you just have the kind of car (usually older) that just does that.
On my 2000 Neon, the guy that sold it to me changed the fender and didn't fasten it correctly, so when I drive over bumps, its makes a rattling sound on the passenger side.
