Cardio exercises like running, swimming, bike riding, skipping, rowing, fast walking etc. will burn the fat off of your body. You should always do some form of cardio along with your strength workouts to ensure you burn fat. Some abdominal exercises I like to use are: Sit ups and crunches Bicycle crunches Toe touches Ankle taps Reverse crunches Planks and side planks Dish holds Scissor kicking Just type any of those that you don't know into google or google images and you'll learn how to do them :) make sure you always stretch after these workouts or else you abs will be dead the next day!
Just do cardiovascular exercises. Running, biking, elliptical machine, etc. Ab workouts like crunches, sit ups, or leg raises will strengthen and define your abdomen muscles which will help make fat less noticeable. But cardio is your best option.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
