The thing is, if the conservative is right then the chances are they're worse off than they would be if they lived under the policies that they want. Your champagne socialist on the other hand has the ability to do their bit for the collective through voluntary means, they could bring their income in line with or closer to the average and donate the surplus to charity, they don't because they're emotionally driven hipsters who couldn't care less about the actual effects of what they advocate so long as they look good in front of their friends. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
