It requires a very strong command of the English (or other) language vocabulary, an ability to connect words and phrases properly, having organized thoughts that are sequential, logical, and don't repeat themselves unless done so on purpose. Most speeches and essays are done in several passes and corrections and updates in written form. I find that I can communicate well and fully, but many times get too detailed and verbose.
It is in practice, general education, and training yourself to focus on an idea rather than having a wandering mind.
Have clear ideas of what you want to communicate and rehearse them repetitively to reinforce them, but you are correct in your assumption that super intelligent people think and speak quickly and assertively.
Check your privilege" usually does the trick. "Gun free zone" makes liberal girls quiver. Say "Speech free safe area" you'll hear panties and diapers drop from liberals around the country.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
