Company Tax Return if company is dormant?

The 31st January deadline applies to personal tax returns and will be nothing to do with Companies House. You have the duty to file two things with the Registrar of Companies every year. The annual return, which is due on the anniversary of the company's formation, and the company's accounts.

Go to the link below and search for your company. You will find details of what needs to be filed and when. Although the company hasn't traded you need to file dormant company's accounts.

There is a form for this (AA02 - although last year it was DCA) which you can download from the website. The annual return incurs a filing fee. This is £30 if you file a paper return and £15 if you do it online.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
