Conservatives: Still think MLK Jr. was a Republican/conservative?

MLK was a man who was called a communist for protesting the Vietnam War. I doubt anybody back in the day viewed him as a conservative. Also, he pushed for the federal government to intervene in racist laws created by individual states, which is something that conservatives hated.

This site lists MLK's father and niece were both Republican EDIT.....YOUR OWN LINK SAYS IN ORDER TO VOTE.....MARTIN LUTHER KING WOULD HAVE TO REGISTER AS A REPUBLICAN..... Then your so called "FACT"check presumes to know what MLK would have done had he had a free choice FACTS ARE FACTS.... MLK REGISTERED AS A REPUBLICAN...... it is only your OPINION he would vote or agree with the Democrats.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
