They key to good steak is to select good meat. If you're not comfortable doing this yourself, ask your butcher for help. You want a piece that's well marbled, and thick enough not to dry out while cooking it.
If the meat is good quality, it won't need to be marinated. Marinating tenderizes the meat, so should be reserved for tougher cuts like skirt steak or flank steak. Season the meat with a rub before cooking.
If the rub contains salt, you want to use it right before you place it on the grill, as salt can draw the juices out of the meat. If it is salt free, you can apply it several hours before, so the seasoning thoroughly flavors the meat. I found rare meat to be the most flavorful, so make sure you take it off the grill as soon as it's cooked to your liking--be that rare, medium, or medium well.
Good luck!
Marinate, marinate, marinate! So easy to do - just toss your steak into a large ziploc bag and pour in some storebought marinade and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. It flavors and tenderizes the meat - great for any type of meat.
Or you can go online and look for recipes and make your own marinade. Good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
