It still has the same effect. The secret is to limit your salt intake, not exclude it from your diet. Remember that you need salt to live!
Try looking in your local supermarket for sodium reduced salt. This is salt which has a lot of the sodium removed to be replaced by natural potassium. (It is the sodium that does most of the damage.) If, however, you have a medical condition such as diabetes, a heart condition, or anything else which could be deemed to be serious, take medical advice before making such a switch.
I promise you, these salts taste exactly the same as conventional salt!
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
