You can't fine a company for not creating jobs. You can structure things so it pays for them to create jobs here rather than overseas, for instance by re-instituting import tariffs or tax -breaks- for local hiring. But I still think corporations should pay their fair share of tax.
Before Reagan, corporations paid something like 50% of the taxes in the US. And that was a time before all our jobs were exported overseas.
I wasn't aware that was the function of a corporation. If they're able to do what needs to be done with 100 employees, why on earth should they employ 200? Just because?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
