Could teenagers take normal flu tablets to recover if they have Swine Flu? Or what should they do if they don't see a doctor?

I'm not sure what you mean by "normal flu tablets". The over-the-counter flu medicine does not kill the flu virus. Those things just mask the symptoms, and could even make it worse.

If your nose is running, that's your body trying to flush the virus out. Taking something to make it stop just keeps the virus in your sinuses, where it multiplies. Same for cough suppressants, but cough expectorants help (Robitussan plain).

The two medicines that have been found to help against this H1N1 virus (it's not actually real swine flu but something new) are both prescription drugs that you'll need to see a doctor to get. And for any medication, make sure you take it exactly as the doctor says. If it says 10 days, take it all 10 days.

Many people quit taking their medication when they start feeling better, with the result that they spread their infection to more people, and the germ becomes resistant to the medication because it was never really wiped out by it.

They should find different parents who will take good care of them. There is no home remedy for swine flu. Only two drugs are approved by the FDA for treatment (because none of the others show any effectiveness).

The drugs are only available under prescription for very specific purposes. You can't buy them over the counter or over the internet. They require 5-10 days of treatment (sometimes longer).

One is inhaled, the other is in pill form.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
