There's a few places... I originally ordered some for my daughter from a website called jibbitz.com. They are not that expensive, but when you factor in shipping, this can add up. At the time, I had not seen them in any store yet.

Not a week after I ordered them, I saw them in a Michael's craft store and in a 5 Below (variety type) store. I'm not sure you if you have any of those nearby... This weekend I saw some at a Hallmark store. They are usually located near the cashiers, so look around at the little stores you go in & you may find some - or you can try the website I mentioned.
