Have you ever purchased "bumper beads" for your jewelry projects?

I can't finds these little suckers anywhere! Seed beads will not work. This project calls for 10mm crystal pearl beads (easy to find) and the bumper beads are supposed to look like tiny knots.

Idea I would say that if you don't find it at Fire Mountain Gem, it doesn't exist. They are just great, and they have everything. I wonder if maybe you could substitute silver crimp beads?

What I found... when I searched a little was "bead bumper" which is trademarked. That is probably what you are talking about, right?
