Well, to answer your first question.........Yes, yes, they do. As for the second part........the TIMING of these things is always suspect.........especially when they, in fact, fall so close to a critical election. How convienient, that this willl surely be THEE main talking point, between now and NOV........and give republicans TONS of firepower to use against OBAMA......whether they use the truth, or distort it, as always.
Either way, it's enough ammo, to keep firing from NOW to NOV. Either way, it will be damaging.......... and therefore, ya have to wonder how INTENTIONAL that was. All of a SUDDEN, 90,000 documents just fell off the back of a truck?
Yeah, we can catch Russian spies in New Jersey, but no one noticed all these top secret documents going for a walk? The timing REEKS, And there's isn't really ANY "suprises" in most of this info. Most of this is old news.
But getting a real good RECYCLE...........just before an ELECTION. Yeah, I'd love to know if the person who "leaked" this.....is a republican or democrat....... who of course............was so concerned about the "truth". Yeah, I'll bet.
I wonder which Tea Party he belongs to?
None of the above. It's an effort to justify the subversion of the purpose of the 1st Amendment as it relates to a free press. The 1st Amendment was specifically written so that the citizens were informed what their government is doing and why so they would be informed participants in their government.
Edit: The Constitution demands the public be informed, it is the cornerstone of individual rights and involvement of the American people--it is the foundation of a Republic where all Americans are active participants, and equal.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
