The Armstrong County storical Museum and Genealogical Society basically hosts two different historical sites on their grounds. You can visit the McCain House Museum, has historical documents and artifacts which cover the entire history of Armstrong County. The museum opens only on the first Sunday each month and Wednesday afternoons, 1pm-4pm, April to mid-November.
You can also visit the Mildred Lankerd Thomas Genealogical Library. The library, originally housed on the second floor of the museum, is now located in a Carriage house right next to the House Museum. It contains genealogical material for residents of Armstrong county.
The library opens every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12pm to 4pm, April to mid-November. Admission to both the McCain House Museum and the Genealogical Library are completely free of charge. You are welcome to leave a donation though this is entirely voluntary.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
