No! Stricter gun control laws has never reduce violent crime in anyway, what this country needs is more criminal control and for the liberals to stop coddling these scumbag criminals. Australia, and the UK implemented tough laws after a mass shooting years ago, they may not have any mass shooting, but their violent crime rate has skyrocketed since they implemented these tough laws.
As Thomas Jefferson once write: "The laws that forbid the carrying of arms .... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants. They serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."
Now I challenge you to find even one gun control law out of the over 20,000 that are already on the books in the US that has ever reduced violent crime in any way.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
