Any potential nominee from the Republican side is better than Hillary or Sanders. A person loosely reflecting my views on liberty is better than a person diametrically opposed to liberty.

No, but then I feel pretty comfortable that these groups will not 'pick' a leftist as their candidate as I certainly wouldn't vote for a soul sucking, parasitic leftist. Democrats? Heck, when a guy like Bernie Sanders is now considered mainstream Democrat, what are the chances that the left would select anyone who is not a die hard leftist as their candidate?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
