Yes I had this exact problem happening with my dell 1545 when one night I got caught by the cord and the laptop fell. I don't know if the dell 1525 have the fated edges octagon connector or just a simple round connect but if it has the flat edges I would just test each edge one by one to make it somehow get it to charge. If that doesn't work ask a friend who has a simlar dell laptop or a computer shop to test it with another dell power adaptor to determine if it the internal jack or the power adaptor.
If it still under warranty contact dell and ask them to replace the jack or the adaptor.
It sounds as if its broken. You should visit a repair shop. Sorry but unless someone online is willing to actually type all of the steps of Soldering it back into place, you will not find an answer online.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
