You should check in the system BIOS if the charger is getting detected there. You can do that by pressing F2 multiple times as soon as you start the system. It will have a battery setting tab and you can see if the Adapter is getting detected or Batter is charging.

More than likely you have a problem with your charger. This is because the error states: the ac power wattage type cannot be determined. This means that the charger is not the correct one for your laptop.
