Do a factory restore to put the computer back like it was when it was new. Backup your files to an external source first! If you do not have the disks to do it, you can get them from Dell for about $20.

Just go to the Dell site, go to support, put in your model serial number, and go down to the restore disks.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
