Try contacting dell customer support. If it is still under warranty you could rma the laptop and they would fix it for you. If it's past warranty you could call their support and ask how to fix it and they should walk you through it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
