Reformatting Dell inspiron 1545 to windows 7 professional?

That is the way that dell normally do it! I am assuming that when you start the machine, you are pressing f8? If not, try and do that?

Shutdown, once it is off, press the power button and immediately hit f8, hold it down untill it beeps (not really necessary, but at least you know it is doing something then) you will be met by a black screen with some options....from there it should say something like system recovery.....from there follow the instructions till you get to the option of restore to factory settings....hope that helps? Good luck....if all else fails, drop kick it down the stairs and claim on the house insurance! Lol!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
