I'm sorry, but with what you described, you need to save your money up for a new laptop. Even if it takes forever. Even if you can only save quarters that are for the laundramat or pennies between your couch cushions.
You need a new laptop. Anyway, to make due with the one you have, clear the cookies (temporary files saved on your computer...go to Internet Options), and if you're in it for the long haul, replace some parts and get upgrades, if possible.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
