Describe what attracts you to Cajun-style foods?

The seasoning! I'm a sucker for spices and crawdad's, Louisiana hot sauce can make most anything good all by itself.

I love spicy foods so I naturally like cajun...

The spices definately and also cajun food gives you that down home taste with a little kick. You give me a choice and I'll choose cajun-style food every time.

I love Hot and Spicy foods, the mingling of different spices and peppers..yummy!

The spices and the combination of flavours. It's in my opinion one of the nicest things to come out of the US.

The wonder blend of spices and flavors. I don't like overly hot spice, but when done right, cajun food explodes with flavor.

Spicyness and use of seafood like crawfish.

The spices, colors, and sausage! I don't really eat a ton of sausage although its a favorite of mine. It is very fatty but also almost always contains MSG.

When think of cajun, its not crawfish that come to mind, but sausage.

You'll find your own measurements for this, but I usually use four parts cayenne pepper, two parts black pepper, two parts garlic powder, one part onion powder, and one part salt. Sometimes I add dried parsley. I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
