Trains are generally easier & better in Spain & Portugal, but buses are cheaper and are a feasible alternative. Spanish transport follows a hub-and-spoke system: all roads lead to Madrid, and it's easier going to/from there than it is to move along the edge of the wheel. The only must-sees in Madrid are the art museums, since it isn't as old as the other cities.
The royal palace is interesting too but missable. No, you can't do Granada as a day trip from Seville.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
