Yes there are loyal women. I am very loyal to my boyfriend of about 4 years. In the beginning, guys would approach me and girls would approach him.

But now that we're in a serious relationship, guys hardly flirt with me. Yeah they'll talk to me but not in the way that will make me not loyal. I don't know about him but I know girls approach him, he tells me.

Just because a guy cheats doesn't mean the woman is cheating and vise versa. Just because men are approaching women, doesn't mean the women are interested in them. A guy and girl causally talking is not the same as flirting.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
