Did Starbucks stop making their ready-made caramel variety Frappuccino drinks?

The only Starbucks ready-made Frappuccino cold drink that I really enjoyed was the caramel variety. I got hooked on them. One day, I went to grab one, and there were none.

I noticed this at EVERY convenience and grocery store that I've been to. Did Starbucks stop making them altogether or is it only available in certain cities/states, etc.?
