I slept horribly..I woke up at 3am with my back cramping like crazy.. I'm pretty tolerant of pain and this had me curled up in a ball, crying.. It took an hour for it to go away enough for me to get up and get a pain pill.. then another hour to fall asleep again..Blah! Nope. I usually don't sleep at all at night! I stay up and make sure my other half is up to go to work on time.
Then I crash really well almost until they get home in the afternoon. Then I am well rested and perky when they get home! Works great for me except when I need to get to the post office or somewhere that closes early!
I am so sorry you are in pain. You might want to try an inversion table, I have heard they work wonders for your back and overall well being! It may be worth a try, it couldn't hurt!
Plus you wouldn't want to become dependant on those horrible pills! Hope all goes well for you.
I slept pretty good Though I'm sorry that you apparently had a very bad night, I certainly hope that doesn't happen to you again, the cramping sounds awful. When I've had cramping, I've found that potassium helps, but first you have to get to the point where you can get to the pills. Best wishes for a much better night tonight!.
I had actually slept pretty well on the two preceding nights but last night was horrible. I am an insomniac from way back so I’m used to some trouble sleeping but I had arisen very early yesterday morning and I expected to nod off in a hurry last night but alas it was not to be. I have restless leg syndrome and the medication that I am on takes care of it most of the time but occasionally the syndrome overwhelms the medication and I am miserable all night long.
Last night was one of those nights. On top of that I have COPD and I have real trouble breathing when the air is damp and last night was so damp you could ladle the air into a bowl. Then, once I had just about fallen asleep the cat knocked a cup full of screws off of a shelf in the utility room and almost gave me a heart attack.
I do hope that we both sleep better tonight.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
