Disk failure boot sector but emergency sector works? Virus?

It's a boot sector virus, you have to completely wipe the drive. This means killing off all partitions and doing a full drive format. I would recommend using a linux disc to wipe the drive first so that you can back up and scan data before formatting.

I've gone through this myself as well, and the only solution was to wipe out the drive and repopulate using an image from a week earlier. Sucked a lot, but got it working properly again.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
