How do Divisions in rural areas get AHSP to be involved in the Initiative if they are already funded through other Federal Government initiatives and may also work for private companies?

The Division needs to work with the RACF to develop a needs analysis to identify what AHSP are required. Allied health service providers who are funded through other Government initiatives are able to participate in the Panels Initiative. There needs to be a clear distinction between the roles and funding they receive for undertaking Panels activities and the roles and funding received through other Government funded initiatives.

For example, an allied health service provider employed on a 0.5 FTE basis under the MAHS program could be engaged under the Panels Initiative to undertake training or education activities for RACF staff and/or residents.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
