Do all guys wear boxers under their swimming shorts?

Swimwear is to be worn without underwear swimwear is made of a quick dry material that if you have underwear on it will hold the water and not dry as quickly curtdude freeball in boardshorts.

That sounds rediculous. I'd never wear boxers as well as swmming clothes. Like the other guy said swimming shorts come with a net so theres no need for boxers as well.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
