No. The opposite. The FWD and RWD tires wear quicker.
The front tires wear out quickly on a FWD car because it is used for accelerating. Same for RWD. With AWD, the wheels are all driven and that makes less wear because none of the tires slip from rain, snow, or accelerating fast.
