No. Pat Robertson does not represent most Christians. The Christian community does not think victims of natural disasters somehow deserved it.
That's Karma, and it has no place in Christian theology. You might be better off asking this questions of the religious traditions that affirm Karma. They are the ones who believe people deserve whatever they get.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
