If you could banish Pat Robertson to any country for his comments, which country would it be?

Hmmmm....so many possibilities, most of them unfair to the countries that would subsequently be stuck with him. "Just like what Nazi Germany did to the Jews, so liberal America is now doing to the evangelical Christians. " - for that one, do we banish him to Germany?

I would banish Pat Robertson to Haiti. Let him live amongst the people whom he has made these absurd statements. Hopefully, he would learn the error of his ways.

He would not only see that the world is pitching in to help in a horrible situation, but the Haitians are going above and beyond and even being heroic. Haiti would no longer be an abstract place in his imagination, being a pawn between his God and Devil view of the universe. A country yet to be established would be best. There are several Extrasolar Planets available for colonization and every one of them would be great for Pat Robertson. If there ever was a better reason to fund the heck out of NASA and its endeavors to find new planets in the universe I have not found a better one than the lunacy of Pat Robertson.

I have similar ideas as @twinpairs. He should go to Haiti. To redeem himself from the wrongs of saying “Haitian slaves selling their souls to the devil and suffering for it”, he needs to do the following to match: 1.

Haitian slaves selling souls : he needs to use all his money to bury the deads, cleaning the messes, rebuild Haiti.... until he has nothing left like a slave; 2. To the devil: he needs to pray for all livings and deads of Haiti; 3. Suffering: charity to reduce suffering of every Haitian For his ignorance and negative impact of his speech: He needs to study the Haiti history; be a teacher teaching the youngs about Haiti’s history and promoting Haiti to the world.

Eritrea comes to mind. It would be fitting for him to live in an intolerant, religiously fanatic country - but with the ruling religions different than his own. On the other hand, maybe Saudi Arabia would be better.

That way he would have less wiggle room and couldn't decide to belong to one of the approved Christian churches as he could in Eritrea.

I would banish him to the USA where they practice freedom of speech and hold it to be of high importance among their constitutional rights. In the United States, people are free to say whatever they want without fear of banishment or commitment threats. The people of the United States of America hold dear and protect the rights of all views to be expressed and would never infringe on those rights simply because they find someone's speech distasteful.

They thought it was so important that the included it in the very first amendment to their constitution, and even the president takes an oath to protect those rights. Oh, wait.......

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
