Do Gun Grabbers realize that the Black Homicide rate in the US is equal to W. Africa; guns aren't the problem?

Social factors are a bigger determinant. Guns are basically illegal in Mexico and several other Latin American countries which have homicide rates that are ten times higher than ours.
