Do I continue dating a guy who likes me, but isn't ready for a relationship since he got out of a long one recently?

It's only been a month since you met, its a little early don't you think to worry about the future, you are still getting to know each other. Just continue dating others, don't put all your eggs in one basket. In a few months you may discover things about the guy that you really don't like, so keep your options open.

You're very welcome, I don't see how anyone would respond negatively about your post. Casual dating is common, and IMO a good idea.

It's a good policy to never get involved with someone who is on the rebound until they have succeeded in putting behind their last relationship.

I agree keep dating other people and date this person as well. Within 3 to 4 months perhaps you might like one of the other people more. Timing seems to be an issue with everything in life.

I've found that if I push and try to make something happen before it's time a lot of times I come across as desperate or not having a lot of confidence.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
