Do I need to go to police dept or can I apply online for restraining order?

I believe the order will need to be issued by a judge. But if you are in intimidate danger, contact the police.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
