Yes If they don't have room, they put animals down If its sick or injured its put down If its aggressive or has major issues its put down They can't adopt out dogs who are human or fear aggressive or have bitten. They can't adopt out ferals. They can't afford vet bills for major injuries and things like parvo spread like wild fire so puppies are put down if they have it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
