Do we hear in Obama's words a request to rethink Christianity?

I fear that he is trying to redefine this 2000 year old religion. Positively frightening to imagine, So I would say yes he is trying.

The separation of church and state is all I have to say.

Obama's statement is not a problem. People hath ever sought to interpret the Bible. Most with little success.

And, Obama, himself is in need of some clarification of its content, for he follow it not as completely as is called for.

Obama's statement is simply words already understood. He said something that hast ever been said. This is why there art so many Bible study groups and classes on the university level.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
