Do women wear perfume more for themselves or for the people they are around?

Although I no longer wear perfume as there are too many people (including my husband) who are allergic to scents, I used to wear perfume for myself. I like the smell of some perfumes (not all) and I think it tells a little about who you are. If perfume is worn just as a scent, not lavishly applied, it can be very pleasant.

If other people mentioned how nice it was and asked what it was, then I knew that it was doing exactly what I had hoped. Bottom line, perfume, if worn properly, can be very pleasant for both the person wearing the perfume and the people you would come in contact with, but ultimately should be worn only for your own pleasure.

I believe women wear perfume for themselves. The scents that a woman chooses tells a lot about how she is feeling about herself at the time. If a woman is going to have a relaxed day, maybe going out with friends, or bowling, etc, she may choose a light floral scent indicating playfulness.

If she is going out on a date, a sensual musky scent maybe with a few pheromones, would do the trick. Going to work she may choose a citrus or ginger scent that signifies strength or motivation. Messing around with kids--anything to get through the day!

Just before she goes to bed she may hit a tub full of lavender to relax, or spritz herself or her sheets with a cool cucumber.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
